My article in Fancy Magazine: it's vintage time!

Click on this cover
to see the whole magazine and read it
Today I want to talk to you about  my collaboration  with Fancy Magazine. It's a very cute online magazine which deals with fashion and is also working with fashion bloggers for its contents.
My article  was published  in last issue of Fancy  and is entitled "Tea at 5 with vintage exhibition" on page 20.
If you click on the cover you  can get to the Fancy archive and read all the second issue of this magazine . The next issue will be in February
I also want to thank for his kindness Mr.Lucas which is part of the redaction and with whom I had all the contacts.

I write the beginning of my article... "Imagine a wonderful city by the sea such as Trieste.
Imagine a cold winter day with the strong northeast wind, the bora, blowing at 100 km per hour.
Imagine a song in the background while you're looking out the window in the warmth of your room.
Imagine that this song is your favorite by Elisa "I would like to raise you," and that you can be lulled by his notes: .......... "Feel the wind blowing and do not hide if it makes us move" (=it's the song in I-pod up)..........
Suppose you take the desire for "a  something undefined": the magic is made! Here's the sudden idea: why not combine a greedy break and a delicious cup of hot tea with a moment of culture and fashion vintage ?!!!! Why not take an advantage of the wonderful initiative, who wants to be an appointment a little special, held in the prestigious Gallery of Modern Art, the Museum Rivoltella in the center of Trieste, a short distance from the sea?! This initiative is called "Tea at 5 with exposure tour" and connects to the exhibition dedicated to a great stylist, one of the most innovative and original of the twentieth century: Roberta di Camerino. Every Thursday and Friday are done two tours exposure, preceded by a brief introduction to the history of Italian fashion after the war, combined with documents and images. All this in the space of the floor 5 where they are offered tea and pastries"........

Here are some photos of very special dresses trompe d'oeil of this Italian stylist:

This vintage dresses are wonderful, is not it?

And now some  pics of her wonderful  bags and in particular  of the "Bagonghi", this  famous  It-Bag:
"When  Grace Kelly arrived in  Rome in 1959 and was  immortalized in all the papers  with the Bagonghi, the  bag was renamed the  purse of the princess. From  that moment  all the women wished that object! In fact, this bag  enters the  myth!
The Bagonghi, whose name derives from the dwarf who had entertained the stylist to the circus when she was a child, can be considered a fully fledged It Bag,  as the Kelly or Birkin."

And what about these colorful umbrellas?:)
E che dire di questi ombrelli coloratissimi?:)

See you soon,lovelies!
